With more than 70 years' of experience in the building and home improvement markets, **Stratco** has become one of Australia’s largest manufacturers, marketers and retailers of quality building and home improvement products.

**About the role**

**Stratco's **Epping manufacturing facility are looking for motivated, professional and experienced production team members to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**The role will involve**:

- Manufacturing goods to the customers requirements
- Interpreting product drawings
- Operating roll form equipment
- Flashing operations
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to **Stratco** safety and other policies and procedures
- Participation in tool box and team meetings
- Training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment

**The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Experience operating roll forming equipment and hand tools
- A commitment to producing quality products
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Forklift License advantageous
- Basic computer literacy
