**Salary from $69,043.52 - $80,090.92 p.a. plus superannuation**

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Officer Signs and Rural Roads to join our team at Council.

The role and responsibilities of the Service Delivery Officer Signs and Rural Roads is to respond to customer requests and organise repairs relating to road, drainage maintenance and traffic facility activities.

The position will involve the indirect supervision of the following functions:

- Unsealed Roads Maintenance;
- Traffic Facilities
- Line Marking

Located in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, 1.5 hours south-west of Sydney - Wingecarribee Shire Council is working to create and nurture a vibrant & diverse community in harmony with the region's urban, agricultural and natural environments.

**Selection Criteria**

**1. **Certificate III Civil Construction qualification or equivalent.

**2. **Experience in undertaking maintenance requests relating to roads, drainage and associated assets (signage).

**3. **WorkCover Induction for Construction Card (White Card).

**4. **Current NSW drivers licence (Class C).

**5. **Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and regulations and Council policy and procedures which relate to effective performance.

**6. **Sound computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite

**7. **High level of oral and written communication skills.

**Desirable**
- RMS Statement of Completion -Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plans
- TAFE Statement of Attainment - Remove Non-Friable Asbestos
