We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to join our team here at the Darling Harbour visitor attractions, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, Madame Tussauds Sydney and Immersive Gamebox.

**About the role**

Your role will be focused on supporting the Commercial Management in ensuring profitable and smooth operations of the Games and Experiences outlets, while promoting world class services to the team and guests. You will respond to troubleshooting issues and step out to assist the team when help is needed.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for guest experience and sales with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to guest service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests along all points of their journey.

You will also need:

- Strong technical and administrative skills, and the ability to learn new operating systems
- A love for games and providing memorable experiences for our guests
- Adept problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage a team and to resolve conflict
- Adhere to our core values through language, behaviour and actions
- To be a positive role model and demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and capabilities.
- Ability to follow all health, safety and security practices
