**About the opportunity**:
This role provides support across organisational development programs and projects in support of Warrigal organisational goals. Responsible for the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of programs to attract, upskill and maintain a highly skilled and capable workforce.

With a strong focus on retention, you will Support the development, sourcing and assessment of face-to-face and e-learning solutions.

**Role requirements**:

- Passionate about the progression & success of employees, you thrive when you work collaboratively, you develop strong working relationships and have a genuine interest in Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in a similar role or field (Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Training)
- Possess impeccable communication skills, and are adept in building capability through your coaching, mentoring and influencing abilities.
- Engaging with stakeholders to undertake a training needs analysis to uncover capability gaps which will enable you to plan for upcoming training programs
- Exposure to coordinating & delivering training or pre-employment programs
- Act as a suitable mentor & for entry level employees, ensuring they are fully supported and that all development opportunities are identified
- Hold a Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel between Warrigal locations in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and ACT
