Join us at **Club Wyndham Bellinzona in beautiful Hepburn Springs, Daylesford** and play a pivotal role in creating safe, seamless and memorable overnight experiences for our guests. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

**How You’ll Shine**

As the Night Manager, you’ll be the overnight leader on site, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service by:

- Completing and submitting front office night reports
- Conducting internal security walks to maintain a safe environment
- Providing bar service on request (until midnight)
- Delivering overnight room service to meet guest needs
- Keeping conference rooms and lobby areas clean and welcoming
- Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns
- Processing invoices and purchase orders (POs) efficiently
- Managing guest room allocations, reservation entries, and updates

You’ll be the reassuring presence that ensures our guests enjoy a safe and restful stay.

**What You’ll Bring**

You’ll be a confident and approachable hospitality professional with:

- Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or a similar supervisory role
- A guest-centric mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A calm and professional approach to resolving issues under pressure
- The ability to work independently overnight
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
