We believe that catering is more than just delivering food for the occasion. Our mission is to provide an impeccable catering experience, with high level service, beautiful presentation and quality eats - right from the heart of our kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain constant communication with logistics and kitchen managers to ensure orders arrive to clients on a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to manager as needed
- Process orders, payments and refunds
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Update monthly newsletter via Mailchimp/MailerLite
- Keep office area clean and organised
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably with experience in the catering industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Canva and Mailchimp is preferred

Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
