**Position: Receptionist/Customer Service**:

We are compassionate caregivers to our four-legged friends and exceptional communicators to their paw-rents. And we are now looking for our newest Receptionist to join our team at Homestead Pet Retreat.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage bookings and collect key pet information and payments
- Build rapport and trust with clients through a high level of customer service and communication
- Process of bookings, check
- ins and check
- out of pets
- Provide administration support for leadership team to ensure we are operating in a safe, effective, and professional manner
- Promptly provide pet health updates to owners in a clear, concise, and effective way in line with our processes

**Experience/Skills**:

- Previous paid animal husbandry experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service
- Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail
- A can-do attitude, initiative to get extra work done
- Quick learner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure
- Having great time management, and commitment to deliver quality in work output
- Competent with computer systems with advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

**Key requirements**:

- Must have current drivers licence & vehicle access
- Must be available Monday to Friday
