About the Role
As a Process Designer in our Business Banking Process Design team you’ll play a key role in helping to support the Business Banking process optimisation efforts from strategic programs of work through to task-level tactical improvements, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

What will your day look like?
**As a Process Designer, you will**:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process issues, conduct root cause analyses, and develop data-driven solutions aligned with Agile and Lean frameworks.
Work with stakeholders to design new processes, conduct impact assessments, define success metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while facilitating stakeholder feedback throughout the process.
Drive the uptake of new processes, collaborate with performance analysts to identify variances, and transition projects to business-as-usual (BAU) while scoping future enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date process architecture in compliance with risk management frameworks, collaborate with compliance advisers on controls, and conduct root cause analyses for process-related incidents.
Partner with a broad range of stakeholders to foster a customer-focused team culture, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and grow knowledge of industry practices in process design and innovation.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience in process design, improvement, or operational excellence, preferably in the Financial Services industry; experience in compliance initiatives is also important.
Strong experience in roles requiring high levels of stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaboration; excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in business analysis, attention to detail, and familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, ARIS); knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE, Agile), effective time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while positively influencing stakeholders.
Strong ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and develop innovative solutions to business challenges while considering new technologies and methodologies.
