**Your role**
- Creating an unforgettable first impression when greeting guests
- Welcoming guests to the hospitality suites in a positive and engaging manner
- Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience
- Ensure the dedicated suites are maintained to high standards, and always tidy and presentable, with any issues being reported to the relevant supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to make sure all guests have what they may need to enhance their event experience
- Oversee designated hospitality facility in relation to; checking tickets on arrival, escorting guests to their allocated table if applicable, distributing programs, reporting any maintenance issues
- Providing assistance and guidance to guests as required, problem solving and escalating issues to the relevant supervisor
- working closely with hospitality and events teams for the duration of the event to ensure client satisfaction

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role being a host or guest services agent at a major event or hospitality venue
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanour
- Polished presentation
- Ability to liaise with a variety of people in a calm and efficient manner
- Ability to build rapport easily with clients and guests
- Strong and reliable work ethic, be a quick thinker with a proactive approach
- To be available for a face to face briefing session, online training, and minimum

3 full days of the event (Friday 14th March - Sunday 16th March 2025 inclusive).
- We will also require some hosts for 4 days (Thursday 13th March - Sunday 16th March 2025)
