**Available Positions**:
**1. Front of the House Staff**:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery to tables.
- Provide recommendations and offer assistance in menu selection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
**2. Back of the House Staff**:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed diligently.
- Coordinate with front of the house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Uphold kitchen cleanliness and organization.
**3. Kitchen Hand**:
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining inventory and storing ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
**4. Kitchen Helper**:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and grinders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
**5. Supervisors**:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
