In conjunction with the Group Manager System Integration, lead and deliver the software development and delivery framework and strategy across the Crown Resorts Group
Performance reporting
Align integration solutions with business vision, processes, and architecture governance.
Standardisation and development of design and troubleshooting documentation across the Crown Resorts Group
Work with vendors, business analysis and architects to translate requirements, use cases, perform data mapping, and identify required target solution.
External research provided to assist in the improvement of the systems integration
Build and maintain an integration landscape that provides Crown Resorts with competitive advantages in business with agility and flexibility through information systems.
Compliance and regulatory requirements met with process methodologies
Conform to integration framework practices and processes to continuously improve.
Business needs are met or exceeded
Ensure all integration solutions are compliant with Crown policies, Data security and regulatory requirements
Systems integration components meet operating service levels and align with industry best practice
Align integration solutions with business vision, processes, and architecture governance.
Business feedback
Work with business analyst and architects to translate requirements and identify required target integration solution.
Communication across business units
Develop, communicate, and execute target state integration solutions, roadmaps, and transition planning
Reporting from programs and initiatives
Build and maintain an integration landscape that provides Crown Resorts with competitive advantages in business with agility and flexibility through information systems.
Escalated incidents resolved within SLA’s
Effectively communicate integration solutions to business stakeholders.
Level of system and business knowledge in department
Provide consultation to business stakeholders as required.
Understanding of technical issues across business
Develop integration solutions which enable the business to succeed.
Analysis documents and presentations
Provide input into design and documentations, continually improve principles and standards across Crown Resorts IT.
Continuous improvement of standardised processes and procedures across the Crown Resorts Group
Adhere to architecture and integration practices within IT when engaging teams.
Adhere to government and regulatory policies for information systems
Role model and lead adherence to risk management always to legislative requirements, company policies and Crown’s code of conduct.
Maintain technical and industry knowledge
Manage the continuous improvement of team and departmental policy, practice, and processes
Develop, document, and maintain team and departmental policy
