Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

Our Chatswood Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our Donors. Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the Centre could see you:
Warmly greet and check in Donors upon arrival in a fast-paced enviroment

Provide Donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperwork

Prepare food and beverages for Donors and replenish the self-service buffet bar

Monitor Donors post-donation and assist them to rebook for their next donation

Manage the food, beverage and stationary stock and process orders

Assist with donor machine set-up and related tasks

Our flexible self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported. Besides having a real passion to deliver an amazing donor experience, you’ll need to be able to:
Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs

Frequent sitting, bending and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchen

Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
