**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for an Advisor HR Business Partner to work closely with our internal stakeholders and provide operational and technical HR advice for business improvement.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in HR business partnership with a broad knowledge of key business areas. You hold exceptional communication skills to provide advice and guidance on the employment lifecycle process. With business efficiency, you will also have a flair for effective project and case support by promoting compliant and best practice outcomes.

**Essential Requirements**
- High level knowledge of workplace legislation, policies, HR practices and strategies.
- Expert understanding of the full employee life cycle.
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice to various stakeholders of all levels.
- Coordinate P&C matters to support working groups and facilitate best practice outcomes through a proactive approach.

**About Us**

The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within Planning, Housing & Infrastructure. The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster to reduce the severity and impacts of disasters.

The Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses, and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders across the state of NSW.
