Tandem Partners are thrilled to be partnering with a global organisation, that are innovative leaders within the Manufacturing industry. Employing over 30,000 people globally, this is an exciting opportunity to be joining an established team within Australia, based at their head office in Western Sydney.
As a leader in the industry & six sites across Australia, you’ll be supporting a mixed client group of around 160 employees across the entire HR remit. Reporting into an experienced, down to Earth HR Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor/ Junior HRBP, looking to be developed and mentored into a true Generalist Business Partner position.
**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Provide comprehensive, professional HR advice including award and contractual interpretation.
- Undertake & manage workplace investigations as required.
- Develop, review, and maintain people policies, procedures, and practices to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Australia.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement initiatives, policy frameworks and process across the business.
- Support the HRD on HR projects and initiatives across the business.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP.
- Ideally 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience working within a blue-collar workforce is advantageous.
