Work in the contact centre within our state of the art Adelaide HQ. Be part of a team of dedicated specialists who support News’ customers that subscribe to our products from either a print or a digital perspective.

What’s the role?
- Answer customer queries relating to new products, changes, suspension or cancellation of subscription services
- Talk with 'at risk' customers to work through their concerns or objections, and present the value in their current investment to retain their business
- Offer the best solutions available based on your understanding of your customer’s needs to grow revenue
- Provide accurate information and quotations
- Work to KPIs and goals focused around our Customer Advocacy program and first call resolution
- Rotated across a 7 day schedule

Who are you?
- Experience in a Customer Service, Sales and/or retention environment
- Evidence of managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A high-quality approach to your work
- Highly flexible, self-motivated and happy to work autonomously
