**About the Role**
Santos is hiring for Project Controls Analysts to support our Perth operating business unit. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop your Projects career within a prominent Oil and Gas Operator who has an exciting and diverse portfolio of projects.
As part of a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment, successful applicants can expect to rotate through and gain experience in all the main Project Controls disciplines which include:
- Project Planning / Scheduling
- Cost Control
- Cost Estimating & Benchmarking
- Risk Management
- Information Management & Systems
- Project Reporting & Analysis
- Decision Governance
You will receive a mix of formal training, coaching from influential leaders, and on-the-job training to help you develop your skills. Applicants will also gain real project experience on a range of project types, all while making a valuable contribution to the business.
Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values and Santos Management System (SMS).
**About you**
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow your skills in Oil and Gas including:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration and/or a related discipline
- Graduates or Early Career Professionals with 1-2 years’ experience.
- An interest in oil and gas, energy transition, and/or project delivery.
- Possess an analytical mindset to tackle problems and initiate solutions.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Team oriented and collaborative approach.
- Resilient and adaptable to change to support project and business requirements.
- Proficient with Microsoft office packages.
