About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse General Hand to join our growing team at New Directions Australia in our Sydney Head Office.

In this role you will work within our warehousing team and will be responsible for Picking and receiving goods, unloading containers, and transport materials within the warehouse. Within the role you will also be required to maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock rotations.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Operation of pallet jacks
  • Receiving, verifying, and documenting all incoming stock
  • Warehouse duties including stock rotations.
  • Unloading containers
  • Providing stock updates to the purchasing team.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while meeting performance targets and KPIs.

About you:

  • Experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with manual handling.
  • A competent understanding of Work, Health, and Safety Requirements.
  • Must be organised and competent to complete tasks, unsupervised.
  • You're a self-starter that enjoys working in a busy operation environment.
  • Physically fit – able to lift up to 20kg and handle repetitive tasks.
