We partner with all areas of the business to develop and execute sourcing and contracting strategies that innovatively deliver sustainable value to our customers.

**About the role**

This role will see you utilise your exposure to the end-to-end procurement process and systems and enable you to showcase your procurement knowledge. You will also support the delivery of the 1 - 3 procurement enablement roadmap with a core of focus on driving continuous improvement in our technology and processes.

You will also:

- Actively engage and influence varied stakeholders throughout the procurement process
- Record and report performance of procurement initiatives
- Support in the tactical sourcing of opportunities resulting from direct collaboration with the procurement team, implementation of new contracts on the back of reactive business demand and identification of new leads
- Facilitate the full sourcing process which will include development of scope, supplier selection/evaluation, commercial negotiation, risk mitigation and contract execution, all within a rapid capacity

***About you and your skills**:

- Proven experience as a procurement category/sourcing practitioner desired
- Demonstrated hands on procurement experience
- Previous exposure to the use of source to pay and related procurement digital solutions (spend analytics, third party risk management, sourcing events and contract and supplier management) with SAP Ariba or an equivalent system
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative style with the ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven retail environment
