We partner with all areas of the business to develop and execute sourcing and contracting strategies that innovatively deliver sustainable value to our customers.

**About the role**:
**Please note**that this role is a 6-month fixed term contract with an immediate start. There is potential for this role to become permanent post contract ending.

You will also be responsible for;
- Managing planning activities and execution of key procurement transformation initiatives which form part of a broader 3-year optimisation program across Coles Group
- Development and implementation of contract management requirements and processes related to Governance Forums
- Producing workstream or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, analysed, scheduled and appropriately organised to deliver project objectives, and are aligned with organisational frameworks
- Assisting in designing and creating simple, operational tools, templates and other required documentation (e.g. guidance, FAQs) which will support implementation of the framework(s)
- Supporting change management effort by assessing change impact of implementation of the frameworks (including use of the Ariba platform and supporting tools) through communications, training, and support
- Assessing risk profile of current third-party providers and engagements, and determine priority for change management

***About you and your skills**:
You will also ideally have;
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar
- Competent in Ariba, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and e-procurement tools/systems
- Working knowledge of contract management frameworks and deep understanding of risk and compliance requirements in Supplier and Contract Lifecycle management
- Experience planning, executing projects, including managing planning activities, change and interdependencies
