We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced food and beverage Manager to join our new second store in Rose Bay This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first employees in this store and build the team You must be able to commute to Rose Bay easily, and can work 5 days a week on a rotating roster.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Overall management of the operations of the store including, inventory management, customer management and supervision of staff.
- Inspire the team, create a trusting environment for everyone to excel
- Increase sales revenue per month through stronger customer retention, more engaged staff, social media presence and consistency of product
- Responsible for social media management through Instagram/TikTok
- Quality control, ensuring freshness of our product daily.
- Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all ingredients required for the day
- Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and other menu items
- Cashiering, and attending to customers
- Be familiar with our menu, range of products, and dietary restrictions
- Managing processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Ensuring we are food compliant - cleaning and housekeeping of premises

**REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE**
- High energy, great communication skills and warm personality is a must.
- Exceptional customer service and ability to build rapport with customers
- This is a hands on role and you will be required to roll up your sleeves and dabble in various types of duties including at times working independently
- Strong level of detail and strives for excellence
- Process driven and strong level of understanding of operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous food and beverage experience is essential.
- Can do attitude and proven ability to solve problems autonomously.
- Responsible, adaptable, committed, with strong initiative and willingness to learn
- A team player with excellent attention to customers and detail
- Our opening hours are 8am-9pm Monday to Sunday so you will be required to have a flexible schedule

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
