Cafe Manager

We The Coffee Club at Runaway Bay are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service while leading them.

Responsibilities will include:

- Rostering and management of wage controls
- Full financial control
- Succession planning for FOH team and Managers
- Implementation of training programs
- Recruitment and induction
- Stock control and management of cocktail list
- Shift management
- Liaising with customers and clients to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
- Opening & Closing of the venue

You must have the following attributes:

- Have a genuine passion for the industry and be committed to customer service
- Project a friendly, enthusiastic and positive can do attitude towards guests and staff alike
- Team leader and motivator, with set goals and determination for the team to achieve tasks
- Attention to detail across all facets of the business with pride in presentation both in service and in grooming
- Have both extensive restaurant and bar service experience
- Priority to development and training of staff
- Results driven and takes ownership of the role

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in the management of a service-driven food and beverage business
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Career minded with exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours.

Full-time Salary: $55000 - $60,000 per year.
