We have a wonderful opportunity for aTeam Lead to join our store in Rose Bay You must be able to commute to Rose Bay easily, and can work 4-5 days a week on a rotating roster including weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Overall management of the operations of the store including, inventory management, customer management and supervision of staff.
  • Responsible for social media management through Instagram/TikTok
  • Quality control, ensuring freshness of our product daily.
  • Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all ingredients required for the day
  • Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and other menu items
  • Cashiering, and attending to customers
  • Be familiar with our menu, range of products, and dietary restrictions
  • Managing processes and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Ensuring we are food compliant - cleaning and housekeeping of premises

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • High energy, great communication skills and warm personality is a must.
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to build rapport with customers
  • This is a hands on role and you will be required to roll up your sleeves and dabble in various types of duties including working independently
  • Strong level of detail and strives for excellence
  • Process driven and strong level of understanding of operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Previous food and beverage experience is essential.
  • Can do attitude and proven ability to solve problems autonomously.
  • Responsible, adaptable, committed, with strong initiative and willingness to learn
  • A team player with excellent attention to customers and detail
  • You will be required to have a flexible schedule

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
