**Company**
Our client is a privately owned international supplier of high-end commercial workstations and loose furniture. A true market leader within the space that is synonymous with quality and creating beautiful spaces. This role is critical for the continued growth and development of the company’s expansion plans as they continue to introduce new and innovative products to gain further market share within Australia.

**Role**
As the Commercial BDM in Brisbane, your primary responsibility is to identify and gain specifications on key commercial projects within the state and leverage your strong relationships within the Tier 1 A&D community. This role is highly autonomous and to succeed you must have a strategic focus on sales and an in-depth knowledge of the commercial specification process. Effective use of project tracking software such as BCI & Cordell, and the ability to drive effective new client development is also critical to success.

**Skills & Experience**
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and experience;
- Strong presentation skills and ambitious & outgoing personality
- Strong contacts and exposure to the A&D community, ideally Tier 1
- Experience within the decorative building products industry
- Experience in a specified technical product is highly regarded
- Proven track record in sales and overachieving targets
- Good understanding of the specification process & managing a pipeline.
- High degree of energy, self-motivation and desire to be rewarded with your hard efforts.
- Stable track record of employment and desire to move into a long term career role.

In return they can offer you a stable, friendly team environment to work in. The salary package is negotiable based on experience and will include a car allowance, super, tools of trade and commissions. This role is available immediately and interviews will commence next week.
