**How you'll contribute**

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly skilled 0-to-1 Product Manager to lead the development of ground -breaking data and robotics products from concept to launch. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale new products that leverage data and robotics technologies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product portfolio and make a significant impact on the industry.

**Here's what we need**:

- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 0-to-1 products that align with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct deep market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather insights, align priorities, and drive product adoption.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans, to ensure successful product introduction.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, optimize user experience, and inform product decisions in alignment with the organizational goals.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product squad, encouraging creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products are designed with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
- Evangelise: Drive excitement, adoption, and satisfaction with the product by ensuring stakeholders are well-prepared with the appropriate collateral, and messaging.

**How you'll succeed**:

- Product Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on 0-to-1 product development
- Startup Experience: Experience working for early-stage ventures or startups, informing and guiding the early versions of digital products.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong bias for action and a track record of bringing new products to market.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy clearly and persuasively.
