**Your new role**
As Scrum Master within a data focused project stream, you will support the broader project team and build the teams' knowledge of agile values, principles, techniques and tools. You will plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews as well as retrospectives. In collaboration with the Delivery Manager, you will review and refine the backlog, assessing the relevance of tasks and stories and re-prioritise where needed to ensure alignment with agile principles.

In order for the team to remain focused and work effectively, you will identify risks and remove blockers. You will be integral in building the teams' capabilities and ensure the team adheres to the agreed agile processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master using Agile delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability/experience in complex ICT projects where multiple interdependencies exist
- Demonstrated experience in leading multiple cross functional, multi-skilled delivery teams
- Scrum Master certification
