About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our data-focused project stream. As a key member of the project team, you will play a vital role in building the teams' knowledge of agile values, principles, techniques, and tools.

The successful candidate will plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews, as well as retrospectives. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager to review and refine the backlog, assessing the relevance of tasks and stories and re-prioritizing where needed to ensure alignment with agile principles.

In addition, you will identify risks and remove blockers to ensure the team remains focused and works effectively. You will be integral in building the teams' capabilities and ensuring the team adheres to the agreed agile processes.
