Overview
Delivery Lead / Scrum Master role at Bendigo Advertiser in Newcastle, NSW. Initial 6-month contract with hybrid working. The role supports a modern data ecosystem and delivery across multiple development streams.
Responsibilities
Facilitate agile planning and delivery across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Service Delivery, and Platform teams to maintain backlog standards and enable continuous delivery.
Oversee sprint ceremonies, monitor progress across development and testing phases, and champion best practices to ensure quality outcomes.
Blend Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on delivery coordination in dynamic environments.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Proven experience in delivery coordination or Scrum Master roles within complex environments
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog and sprint management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive delivery outcomes
