**Job Title**: Retail Sales Assistant - Kitchenware Store

**Location**: Box Hill, VIC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage inventory and restocking
- Operate the point of sale system for transactions
- Support promotional activities and in-store displays
- Manage online orders, including tracking and processing follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in both English and Chinese** (speaking, reading, and writing)
- At least **1 year of retail experience**, preferably in a kitchenware or homeware environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

**Location**: Box Hill, VIC

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
