Quality and Food Safety Coordinator

Pace have partnered with a global manufacturing company who have a great opportunity for a Quality and Food Safety Coordinator to join their team in a temporary capacity, with the potential for permanency in the longer time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of Group SHEQ in maintain relevant quality
certifications.
- Manage control of quality documentation including procedures,
process maps and work instructions.
- Coordinate Reponses to customer complaints by maintaining
SAP entries weekly summaries, and following up on corrective
actions.
- Coordinate the evaluation of new suppliers in conjunction with
Supply Chain.
- Support the SHEQ department in standardising quality and
food safety practices between sites.
- Support continuous improvement processes.
- Manage control of documentation for FSSC.
- Educate employees on food safety requirements and arrange
necessary training.
- Drive compliance to food safety requirement

**About You**:

- A natural problem solver
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Ability to work efficiently and multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure and with time limits
- Experience with a QMS
- Initiative to work independently and as part of a team.
