WesTrac are looking for passionate **People Services Administrator **to join our team based in South Guildford.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Have completed or be working toward a Certificate Business Administration or Human Resource Management - desirable
- Previous experience in a similar administration position with a shared services function
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgement, high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Robust organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Experience working proactively and innovatively in assessing issues and identifying solutions
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Previous experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Performance and Goals - highly desirable
