**About the role**:
Bethany is excited to advertise for the role of Integrated Practice Leader, primarily based at The Orange Door in Geelong with outreach to access points in Colac and Drysdale. There are two ongoing positions available, full time or part time hours are negotiable. The core purpose of this role is to build capabilities of Practitioners who work at The Orange Door through leading on the provision of integrated practice across integrated practitioner teams. These teams are made up of practitioners who specialise in either family violence, perpetrator and/or family vulnerability. This work includes identification of systemic and practice issues, coordination of training and development, case file audits and leading on the embedding of audit recommendations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead on integrated practice and facilitate decision making by working with Practice Leaders, Barwon Orange Door leadership and practitioners to identify and resolve complex systemic and practice issues as they arise.
- Provide secondary case consultation and input on complex cases (where appropriate).
- Build the capability of practitioners to deliver integrated functions and services responding to family violence, perpetrator interventions, and child and family development.
- Participate in Audits and lead the implementation of the Audit recommendations, including practice development and training.
- Approve and process brokerage to support client’s assessed needs.

**About you**:

- A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, social science, human services or equivalent.
- Established expertise and capability to lead and embed Children and Young Person’s practice.
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and risk management in relation to infants, children, and young people.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, advance written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading family violence practice within complex service delivery contexts, particularly multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approaches.
