Through strategies of role modelling, coaching and mentoring our amazing educators, you will collaboratively evolve their practice, documentation, inquiry, and critical reflection to positively impact the children’s learning.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
- Experience as an Educational Leader, highly regarded
