**About The Role**:
The Workforce Coordinator role exists to facilitate quality support arrangements for the people Annecto supports. These supports are scheduled in the home and in the community. This position is responsible for ensuring supports are provided in accordance with a person’s individual plan, through the appropriate matching of Support Workers, rostering of scheduled services and the ongoing review of rostered supports. **What Are We Looking For?**:
To be considered for this opportunity you should have:

- Awareness and demonstrated commitment to principles of Person Centred care;
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining rosters;
- Experience in the supporting and mentoring of a diverse support workforce;
- Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively as a member of a professional, culturally diverse team;
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance;
- Current Victorian Driver’s licence.

**What Would Be Great To Have but not Essential?**:

- Experience working with client management systems e.g. Alayacare;
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant health/disability/social sciences;
- An ability to speak a community language/s;
- Experience working in a similar capacity in a community based not-for-profit organisation.
