**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-known large organisation that are located centrally in Canberra
This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate Assistant Accountant seeking to join a supportive and high-performing team whereby the role will be a integral part of the finance function.
- End-to-end Accounts Receivable.
- Manage on boarding of new clients, determining credit limits, payment terms and ensuring accurate file compliance.
- Review and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Resolve any issues with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop efficient accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Other Ad hoc tasks and duties.
- Assist and support Financial & Audit Analyst as required.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding credit policy and compliance.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- 2+ years experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable function.
- Exceptional client service skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
- Willingness to drive continuous improvement.
