Fleet Allocator - Adelaide

The Opportunity

Due to significant growth and working with a major customer, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Allocator to join our Resources & Industrials division in Adelaide, SA.

Rotating Shift - 8 days on & 6 days off (Wednesday - Wednesday). Public Holidays & Weekends Included. Please note that this is a salaried full time permanent position.

As the Fleet Allocator, you will:
- Plan, manage and facilitate the total fuel fleet scheduling and stock control activities for Toll’s contracts.- Responsible for the full management of driver availabilities and asset availabilities for the metro contracts.- Provide accurate and quantitative data in relation to contract KPI’s to the operational team daily- Responsibility for the planning and coordination through shift and driver management regarding the related activities for assigned contracts- Effective, timely and accurate reporting of all incidents to Toll Fuels & Gases and client- Provided back up support to Operations Manager

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Transport/Logistics/Fuel industry background mandatory.- A comprehensive knowledge of legislation and regulations, and fatigue management.- Intermediate/Advanced computer skills preferably with Microsoft office suite.- Inventory/Stock management with solid scheduling experience with fleet of comparable size.- A high degree of communication (both verbal & written) skills.
