Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry and reporting
- Maintaining communication with internal and external clients
- Assisting to arrange meetings and take notes
- Develop administration skills and help the team to meet objectives
- Good phone manner and communication

**Requirements**:

- Committed to a 12 month Traineeship
- Strong customer service skills
- Methodical and organised approach to work
- Willingness to learn, work safely, and be a team player
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
