**About the position**:
This is a permanent position based in our Southeast Melbourne office. The person we are looking for will have a warm and supportive approach, assisting the plan management team, other stakeholders and NDIS participants, their family members and carers.

This is an ideal position to enter the disability sector, improve or develop your career in NDIS plan management under experienced plan managers and leaders.

As a client Support Officer, you will utilise your strong verbal, written and administrative skills to deliver positive first point of contact experience to existing and potential Optimum Plan Management clients, their providers and other stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Inbound and outbound phone calls involving new clients’ enquiries, invoicing and service agreements follow ups. Etc
- Developing strong and enduring relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Growing Optimum Plan Management client base by actively promoting Optimum Plan Management services to NDIS participants, plan nominees, providers, support coordinators and the disability network.
- Comprehensively maintain and retrieve accurate clients’ records within the Optimum Plan Management careview platform.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Call centre/ Administration background or similar
- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent numerical skills
- Completion of secondary education plus: a certificate or diploma

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge around NDIS including pricing.
- Fluent and articulate in English and a second language
- Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping or accounting involving reporting, data entry, payments and data management systems.
- A degree qualification in a relevant field.

**Salary**: $42,642.56 - $50,000.00 per year
