**About Us**

The Cassa is a fast-growing property and accommodation management company based on the Gold Coast. We specialize in both short-term and long-term rental services, delivering high standards of property care and guest service across a wide portfolio of apartments.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Accommodation Manager** to join our team and lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of short-term and long-term accommodation across multiple buildings
- Manage guest experience from check-in to check-out, including handling feedback and service recovery
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and support staff
- Monitor booking channels and occupancy performance to meet revenue targets
- Liaise with property owners and stakeholders to maintain excellent relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal obligations, and company policies
- Maintain financial and occupancy records; prepare regular reports

**About You**
- Minimum 1 year full-time experience in accommodation, hospitality, or property management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to service quality
- Fluent English required (Mandarin or other languages an advantage)
- Relevant qualifications in business, hospitality, or real estate are desirable
