Airport Retail Enterprises is continuing to grow, with our venues, cafes and restaurants expanding in new locations across our Melbourne Airport and we are looking for amazing talent to join our team and grow their career with us.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

We’re looking for a motivated and driven people to join our team as Hospitality Terminal Supervisors across multiple hospitalty venues. You will lead by example and have a ‘customer obsessed’ focus that drives sales and builds a regular client base. You will support, guide and motivate the various venue teams. Oversee the venues performance and standards. Strive to achieve key performance objectives while ensuring standards and quality expecations and met. We will support and train you, offering career advancement, we will coach you on our venues best practices and policies. **Must be able to work between the hours of**:
**4am - 1pm**
**5am - 2pm**
**12pm - 10pm**
**2pm - 12am and/or**
**2am - 11am**

**Flexibility across all shift times are highly regarded We will be mindful to put you on a rotating roster so you have work/life balance**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in similar supervisor/shift supervisor role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven Barista/coffee making experience
- Previous Bar/Bartending experience is highly regarded
- Current RSA, or willingness to obtain before starting
- Full-time/part-time hours available at a casual rate $$$
- Ability to work across multi venues if needed
- Able to delegate and motivate team members
- A high level of communication with the ability to give on-the-spot feedback
- Great multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced enviroment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.25 - $67.00 per hour
