A Queensland-founded company that pushes the boundaries of innovation and design is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Officer to join their high-performing finance team. Based in their corporate headquarters in Fortitude Valley, their beautifully designed offices incorporate an inclusive team culture and lovely environment to work in. Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
  • End to end accounts payable processing
  • Accounts receivable, including invoicing, allocations, and collections
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with month end
  • Assisting with system upgrades and process improvement

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
