At **Central Coast Compassionate Care**, we are a dedicated NDIS provider offering personalised, 1:1 disability support services across the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on our warm and supportive workplace culture where every team member is truly valued.

We are currently seeking **Community Support Workers** to join our growing team.

**About the Role**

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be providing tailored support to NDIS participants in their daily lives, helping them achieve their goals and promoting independence, dignity and inclusion.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work at least **20 hours per week**, including **one weekend per month**:

- A genuine **passion for helping others** and making a positive difference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience or qualifications (or willingness to undertake training)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
