**Disability/Home Care Support Worker**

**Key Responsibilities: Community In home support for a wide range of clients**

Provide supports such as ; Personal Care Need/ Transport/Respite/ Domestic assistance/ Attending appointments/Social support
- Support people to explore their interests and try new thing
- Support people to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible
- Time Management/ Flexibility
- Willing to travel
- Ability to ensure care needs/Goals are met
- Understanding Documentation and reporting

**Essential requirements such as; Nation Criminal Police Check/ Working with Children Check and current first aid/ Current Drivers licences and full comprehensive car insurance**
- **Successful applicants will need to have**:_
- Mobile Phone/ ability to download rostering app
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Exceptional supports and care assistance
- Have strong sense of professional boundaries, patient, flexible and understanding
- Qualification in Mental Health/Disability or Certificate III in individual supports or equivalent desirable but not necessary
- Excellent work ethics
- Ability to communicate with Management and liaise with Families
- Commitment to Coastwide Community Care’s policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.33 - $40.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
