Chatr is looking for a part-time/full-time dedicated **Social Worker or Counselor** to join our Bendigo team, focusing on providing trauma-informed, action-focused care that helps individuals move from surviving to thriving.

**Location**:Bendigo, Victoria**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide trauma-informed support for individuals facing AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) challenges and housing instability
- Deliver one-on-one case management, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with community organizations, First Nations groups, and other key stakeholders
- Develop action-focused plans aimed at fostering long-term well-being and social stability

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in social work or counseling, particularly in AOD and housing support
- Strong case management, counseling, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
- Eligibility for AASW membership (for social workers) or relevant accreditation for counselors
- A valid driver’s license
