**Role - Booking Manager**

The role of the Booking Manager is to manage the research, pitchings and bookings for a portfolio of Icons clients they are assigned. They are also responsible for client and guest communications, booking confirmations and guest profiles for all interviews/partnerships and appointments/bookings.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**Client Research**

The Booking Manager will work directly with the Brand Manager on a portfolio of clients. The Brand Manager will provide the Booking Manager with a briefing document and supported resources. The Booking Manager must review and gather a deep understanding of the client, avatar and strategy.

**Guest Research**

The Booking Manager manages the research and pitching to potential guests and connections for the assigned clients. Guests can be found from various sources, both warm and cold.

**Tracking and Reporting**

The Booking Manager will receive KPIs from the Brand Manager once they have been assigned a client. These should always be referred back to, as they are integral to the client’s success. During this process, the Booking Manager is responsible for Tracking and reporting all activity, flagging areas of concern and attending regular team meetings.

**Communications**

**To be a successful applicant**
- 2+ year’s experience in a similar role.
- Natural ability to use tenacity and sleuthing to achieve results.
- Ability to understand and articulate client needs and requirements to scope opportunities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on relative importance and urgency
- Excellent writing skills for all forms of materials
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Rocket Reach, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn and other database tools
- Experience and sound knowledge of Click Up (Project management tool), Slack and Google Suite.
