The **booking line team member**plays a crucial role in managing settlement booking and customer enquiries. They ensure smooth operations for settlement bookings and managing incoming customer queries. They're the bridge between customers and the business, handling reservations, providing vital information, and solving any concerns that arise. They have excellent precision, communication skills, and an ability to adapt and keep things running efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound calls: Assisting customers with inquiries, and support requests.
- Providing settlement information: Ensuring customers receive accurate details
- Resolving customer issues: Addressing concerns efficiently and escalating when necessary.
- Following communication scripts: Ensuring consistency in responses.
- Meeting performance targets: Achieving service level agreement with our bank clients.
- Works collaboratively with others.
- Deliver results and meet customer expectation.
- Adapts and response to change
- Open to learn a new skill outside home team.
