The CAT Rental Store is a leading provider of rental equipment and services for civil construction, mining, industrial and local government customers. We are committed to delivering high-quality equipment and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team.

**About You**

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Effective Supervision - Lead and motivate a team of rental store technicians to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures
- High-Level Communication - Maintain open lines of communication with team members, management, and customers
- Ensure clear and concise information flow and resolve any issues promptly
- Safety Assurance - Develop, implement, and monitor safety plans for all work carried out
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

**Skills and experience required include**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a rental, construction, or industrial environment would be an advantage
- Relevant trade qualification essential. (Heavy Vehicle, Light Vehicle, Auto Electrical trades encouraged to apply)
- Current and valid driver's and High-risk Forklift licence essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software

Pay: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
