Looking for Health Administrators for a State Government opportunity in East Perth

**Your new company**

An exciting opportunity for experienced Health Administrators to join a large State Government department located in East Perth. This role requires you to work full-time hours, on an initial 1 month temporary basis. This department is based conveniently near public transport and requires someone to start immediately.

**Your new role**
- Data and records management
- Maintains accurate medical records
- Maintains the appointment booking system, client registrations and attendance records
- Data entry
- Assists with the organisation of meetings, minute proceedings, typing of correspondence and circulation of documentation as required
- Assists with reception services, including operating the switch board and greeting clients as required
- Maintains and orders stationery

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Great communication (verbal and written) skills
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
