Alto Volkswagen North Shore has just been awarded with the premium dealer of the year award.

We are looking for an Service Office Administrator to join our service team at Alto North Shore Volkswagen and Cupra.

The Service Office Administrator plays a very key role as the first point of contact in our service department. Greeting customers within the service centre.

We are looking for someone that delivers service with a smile, who is friendly and polite.

You will also need to be a team player for the cohesion of the team. You will also need to self-manage and at times work autonomously.

We will train the right person with the right attributes.

Some of the specific duties and daily tasks include;
- Answering customer phones enquiries
- Schedule customer bookings into the operating system. Transferring all the verbal customer information onto the customer appointment system
- Following up customer part orders and scheduling an appointment with the customer
- Checking vehicle data against the manufacturers system for accuracy and any related updated information
- Organising customer quotes for service and repairs
- Updating and maintain customer contact information to a high standard
- Perform other specific administration tasks as directed by management

Your responsibilities include;
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and appearance. (uniform supplied)
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer.
- Promptly meet & greet service customers in a friendly & courteous manner
- Listen to customer’s reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department
- Correctly communicate the service/repair required to satisfy the customer’s needs
- Personally refer to the team leader or departmental manager, customers with complaints that cannot be satisfied
- Ensure common courtesy is shown to all customers and fellow employees
