The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group is seeking a motivated individual to be our Digital Platforms Lead, who is enthusiastic about using their skills and experience while also having an impact on the health and wellbeing of all Australians.
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and continual optimisation of digital platforms to support strategic and organisational objectives of THRF Group. You will use technical and digital expertise to design solutions and deliver digital projects, in line with strategic and organisational requirements.

**About the role**
As the Digital Platforms Lead you will assist the Head of Technology, and wider THRF Group in successfully defining and implementing results-driven short and long-term digital platform strategies and solutions to achieve THRFG’s business objectives; which support our impact targets in the community.
Role responsibilities include:
- Contribute to our strategic goal of providing an efficient, engaging and sophisticated digital experience.
- Contribute to our strategic goal of ensuring people, process and technology put information and cyber-security at the forefront.
- Define solution architectures and strategies for our digital domain (website/CMS, Marketing Automation, Social and other areas of digital experience).
- Project manage initiatives that enhance the Group’s Digital technology capabilities.
**About you**
To be successful in the role you will ideally have;
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
- Three years minimum experience designing and/or implementing digital technology solutions
- Experience managing digital technology platforms and digital technology vendors
- Ability to work autonomously, co-ordinate and prioritise work under pressure and organise time effectively in order to meet deadlines
- Experience leading digital project teams and engaging business stakeholders
- Highly developed communication and engagement skills
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn, improve and contribute
- Sound knowledge of Word Press, related digital platforms and digital technology trends
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- An interest in the fundraising or health sector.
