**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the HR Admin Partner and working collaboratively with members of HomePlace’s Leadership and Head Office team, you will provide high quality customer service in all day to day reception and administration related activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Admin support including maintaining appropriate administrative records, and coordinating the secure transition of HomePlace records from server-based to cloud-based storage
- Utilising SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite and HomePlace’s CRM/rostering platform “MYP”
- Logistic support for meetings and teams and project events
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including members of Nuago's IT managed services' team; and Cornerstone Alliance who lead HomePlace’s external marketing and communications
- Acting as a first point of call for staff with regard to mobile device/IT queries, and providing basic trouble-shooting guidance to resolve problems, directing them to Nuago as required
- Assist in coordination of HomePlace’s internal communications

**About You**
You will have previous experience managing reception and administrative processes with a high degree of customer service, accuracy and attention to detail, with proven experience working as an administrative assistant, office manager or similar role.
You will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing premium customer service and respectful, responsive communication
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, including prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
- Ability to enthuse others and be a good team player
- Ability to work on own initiative, be innovative and creative and maintain a flexible approach to working methods
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Desirable:
- Understanding of the NDIS and the disability services sector
- Knowledge of the MYP platform
